Data Statements
A data statement is a sentence that tells what a graph shows.
- It uses what you can SEE in the graph
- It can use numbers OR comparison words
- It is a fact — anyone can check it!
"Apple has the most." "Apple has 6 stickers."
Both are great data statements!
