How to Use This Course

Everything you need to know before you begin — no surprises.

A note for neurodivergent brains

This course was built with you in mind — whether you have ADHD, autism, anxiety, dyslexia, or a brain that simply works differently from what most courses expect.

Every module is short, structured, and predictable. You will always know exactly what is coming next. There is no judgment. There is no quiz you can fail. There is no deadline.

You belong here. Your brain is exactly the kind of brain this course was designed for.

What to expect

Every single module follows the exact same structure. Once you learn the pattern, you will always feel oriented.

No module has walls of text. No module assumes background knowledge. Every module ends with exactly one thing to remember.

You are in control

There is no wrong way to take this course. You can:

What you need

  • A free Claude account at claude.ai — no credit card required.
  • A curious mind. Seriously, that is the only prerequisite.
  • No prior AI experience. No tech background. We start from zero.
  • About 20 minutes per module — though you can go slower. That is fine.

The module structure — all 6 parts

Every module has these 6 parts, always in this order, always color-coded so you always know where you are.

📌
Before You Start
About 1 minute
A quick checklist: what you need open, what you will do. No reading yet. Just orient yourself.
💡
The Big Idea
About 5 minutes
One concept. Plain language. Short paragraphs. This is the “why this matters” moment.
👀
See It
About 3 minutes
Watch the concept in action. Real Claude examples, shown step by step. You do not have to do anything yet.
🖐️
Try It
About 7 minutes
Step-by-step instructions. Copy-paste prompts ready to go. You try it yourself in Claude. One step at a time.
🧠
Brain Break
About 2 minutes
A moment to rest. Breathe, move, look away from the screen. Your brain needs this. It is not optional.
Wrap Up
About 2 minutes
The ONE thing to remember from this module. That is it. One sentence. Done.

Tips for different brains

⚡ If you have ADHD

  • Set a timer for each section. Move when it goes off.
  • Do just one section at a time if a full module feels like too much.
  • The copy-paste prompts mean less typing — just paste and go.
  • The Brain Break is real. Take it. It helps your focus reset.
  • If you drift mid-module, the sticky nav at the top tells you exactly where you left off.

💙 If you have anxiety

  • There is no wrong answer when talking to Claude. It does not judge.
  • You can close the tab and come back exactly where you left off.
  • Nothing you type to Claude is permanent. Each new conversation starts fresh.
  • If a module feels hard, read “The Big Idea” section only. That counts.
  • You are not being graded. There is nothing to fail.

🔊 If you have sensory needs

  • This course is text-only — no auto-play video, no sound.
  • You can adjust your browser font size and contrast settings freely.
  • Color-coded sections help you navigate without reading every header.
  • Each section is short enough that you can look away frequently without losing your place.
