1 Practice Measurements Easy Activity
Before the big day, practice measuring a few things. Get comfortable with your ruler.
2 Design Your Data Table Easy Activity
Draw the table you will use on Measurement Day. Columns: What I Measured, My Measurement, Partner's Measurement.
3 Measure Everything! Medium Activity
Measure 5 body parts: height, arm span, foot length, hand width, and jump distance. Record all with units.
4 Side-by-Side Comparison Medium Activity
Build two bar graphs: one for you, one for your partner. Where are you similar? Different?
5 Present Your Findings Medium Group Activity
Practice presenting: 'I measured ___, my result was ___, compared to my partner who got ___.
6 Grade 2 Reflection Challenge Writing
