Midjourney has the strongest aesthetic of any image model. Its defaults look like cover art. For anything where the look matters — presentation backdrops, blog headers, marketing concepts — it is still the gold standard.
2 Walkthrough
- Go to midjourney.com and sign in. The web interface replaces the old Discord workflow.
- Type a prompt like: A minimalist illustration of a teacher explaining data to a room of adults, soft pastel colors, editorial style, horizontal composition.
- Wait for four variations. Click one to upscale.
- Use the Vary (Subtle) button to iterate without starting over.
- Download the one you like at 2x resolution.

Worth keeping
The hardest part is prompt writing. Study the Explore feed: copy prompts that look great and modify the nouns. You will learn the aesthetic vocabulary quickly.
